Currently working as a customer service professional for the company Sacoa Playcard, acting in tickets levels 1, 2, and 3, using the Zendesk platform to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, always respecting the company's SLA policies. The tickets range from software analysis, maintenance, and installation to customer questions and suggestions. In addition, I have experience in escalating tickets to full and senior analysts, creating and maintaining solutions documentation, and providing bug reproduction reports and software improvement suggestions to the development team, using the JIRA platform.

My customer service experience at Sacoa spans a global customer base, which has allowed me to improve my English communication skills and adapt solutions to the cultural and economic differences of our customers.
